Family Skate Saturday, January 7th from 9:45 am to 11:15 pm at the Evinrude Centre (Free)
 Snofest Family Day

Join the fun in the studio for a guided family art tour and winter themed arts and crafts at the Art Gallery of Peterborough on Sunday, January 8th. No fee or registration. Drop in between 1 pm and 4 pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult. (Free)

Snofest Idol

Come out to the Showplace Performance Centre to watch the singing competition of the Snofest Idol on Sunday, January 8th. Eight talented local singers will entertain and amaze with their incredible singing voices. Judges will be on hand to select three winners. Donations are accepted.

 PJ Storytime

Family story time for little ones dressed in their pj's on Thursday, January 12th from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm. Story time includes songs, stories and rhymes to celebrate winter.  (Free)

YMCA Snofest Youth Night

Friday, January 13th  from 7 to 9 pm (ages 10 to 14)  There are a variety of activities for the youth to do such as ; swimming, racquet ball, dancing, cardio drumming, cycle fit, basketball and sports in the gym. (Free)

Visit the Planetarium 

Saturday, January 14th from 11 am to 3 pm at Kenner Secondary School. Cost is $2.00 per person. Details to follow.

Snofest Discovery Day

Sunday, January 15th from 11 am to 3 pm at the OFAH Mario Cortellucci Hunting and Fishing Heritage Building. Discover the winter adaptations of Ontario's fish and wildlife. Indoor and outdoor activities will be available.  (Free)

Friday, January 20th from 6:30 to 8 pm at the Wellness Centre (Free)

Snofest Carnival on the Hill

Saturday, January 21st from 9 am to 1 pm including a Pancake breakfast from 9 am to 11 am. Indoor arts and crafts, Museum exhibit, face painting, outside games for youth and families, snowman building contest and The Jumping Mouse Outdoor Education.  (Free)

Snofest Rocks and Rings

This Rocks and Rings program is for elementary aged youth who would like to learn about the game of curling. Various drills, relays and team building activities are used to introduce youth to the skills of this game on Saturday, January 28th from 1 pm to  4 pm.  The program is highly interactive with the emphasis on fun! Unique indoor curling with equipment is used to provide a true curling experience without requiring ice!

Snofest Turtle Flakes and Facts  Come out to the Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre and  watch live adult and hatchling (baby) turtles on display in the Education Centre  on Saturday, January 28th from 11 am to 3 pm. Volunteers will be present to tell stories and provide information and answer questions. Attendees of all ages welcome. (Free)

Music with Jake    

Music by Jake who is a Juno -nominated entertainer that will have your children clapping and singing for the whole hour!!! This is a free event on Sunday, January 29th from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Peterborough Square. All youth are welcome!
